Store Policy

Any orders placed within the context of a sale, or any items marked Final Sale (including all products purchased during our End of Season, Black Friday, and Cyber Monday sales), are ineligible for store credit, refund, or exchange. Orders with special discount codes applied, may not be eligible for return – please reach out to the team at info@BohemianBeauty&HealthHaus.com if you have any questions.

Please do not send your purchase back without prior approval. 


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a shipping label is requested, you will be deducted $7 from you store credit.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Bohemian Beauty & Health Haus is responsible for your order until the point it is picked up by the mail carrier. We do not have control of the shipping timeline of your package and we are not responsible for delayed, lost, or stolen packages.
